MEES Ph.D. Student Awarded Best Poster Presentation at ASPE Conference

Michael Gomez, a Ph.D. student advised by Dr. Tony Schmitz, was awarded the Best Poster Presentation award for his submission: “Determination of cutting forces using a flexure-based dynamometer: Deconvolution of structural dynamics using the frequency response function” at the 2018 American Society for Precision Engineering conference in Las Vegas, NV (11/4 through 11/8/18).
